This website is intended for business use. Please do not submit account credentials, financial information, government identifiers, health information, or other sensitive data through the general contact form.

3. Sources of information

We may receive information:

  • directly from you or the organization you represent;
  • through this website, email, telephone, support, and sales communications;
  • from customers, vendors, service providers, and counterparties involved in an authorized business relationship;
  • from network, security, and operational systems used to provide or protect contracted services; and
  • from public business records or professional sources where lawful and relevant.

4. How we use information

We use information for legitimate business and operational purposes, including to:

  • respond to inquiries and communicate about requested services;
  • evaluate technical, commercial, routing, and interconnection requirements;
  • provide, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and support contracted services;
  • prepare quotes, administer agreements, process transactions, and maintain business records;
  • detect misuse, investigate incidents, protect users and networks, and enforce applicable terms;
  • comply with law, regulation, legal process, and valid governmental requests;
  • improve website performance, accessibility, content, and user experience; and
  • send business communications where permitted, subject to available opt-out rights.

We do not use information submitted through the contact form to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects without appropriate human review.

5. How we disclose information

We may disclose information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy:

  • Service providers. Hosting, communications, security, professional, billing, and operational vendors that process information under appropriate restrictions.
  • Business counterparties. Carriers, providers, and interconnection partners when necessary to evaluate, establish, operate, or support an authorized service relationship.
  • Legal and safety recipients. Regulators, courts, law enforcement, or other parties when disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, networks, or property.
  • Corporate transactions. Advisers and a successor entity in connection with a proposed or completed financing, reorganization, merger, acquisition, or transfer of business assets, subject to lawful safeguards.
  • At your direction. Parties you authorize us to contact or share information with.

For the website practices covered by this Policy, Pave VoIP does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. Communications and service data

Certain information generated through a telecommunications service relationship may qualify as Customer Proprietary Network Information (“CPNI”) under federal law. Where applicable, CPNI can include information about the quantity, technical configuration, type, destination, location, and amount of use of a subscribed telecommunications service, as well as information contained in certain bills.

Where Pave VoIP is subject to CPNI requirements, we use, disclose, and protect that information in accordance with applicable law and any controlling customer agreement. We may authenticate a requester before disclosing service records or acting on a request involving protected account information.

7. Cookies and browser signals

The current website does not use advertising cookies or targeted-advertising trackers. Essential hosting, security, or delivery systems may process technical request data needed to serve and protect the website. If analytics or additional cookie-based features are introduced, this Policy and any required consent controls should be updated before those features are enabled.

Because there is no uniform industry standard for “Do Not Track,” the website may not respond to that signal. Where legally required and technically applicable, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, for sale or sharing choices.

8. Retention and security

We retain information for the period reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, maintain business and service records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, and security obligations. Retention periods vary based on the type of information and the context in which it was collected.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. You are responsible for using an appropriate channel and avoiding sensitive information in general website messages.

9. Your choices and requests

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with you, or ask a question about our practices, by emailing support@pavevoip.com. You may also use the contact information at the end of this Policy.

We may need to verify your identity and authority before fulfilling a request. We will use information provided for verification only for that purpose and related recordkeeping. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, but we may ask for proof of authorization and direct identity verification.

Some requests may be limited by law—for example, when information must be retained to complete a transaction, maintain security, comply with a legal obligation, exercise legal rights, or preserve another person’s rights.

10. California privacy rights

If the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (“CCPA”), applies to Pave VoIP’s handling of your information, a California resident may have the right to know, access, delete, or correct covered personal information; opt out of its sale or sharing; limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; and receive equal service and pricing when exercising privacy rights.

We do not offer a financial incentive for personal information through this website. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of individuals under 16. Requests may be submitted by email to support@pavevoip.com or by telephone at +1 559 626 6350.

11. Children’s privacy

This website and our business services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the website. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

12. Data location

Pave VoIP is based in the United States. Information may be processed and stored in the United States or another location where we or our service providers operate. Those locations may have data-protection rules different from those in your jurisdiction. We apply this Policy to information covered by it regardless of processing location and use safeguards required by applicable law.

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in law, technology, services, or business practices. The revised Policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date. If a change materially affects how we handle information, we will provide additional notice where required.
