These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Pave VoIP LLC (“Pave VoIP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of this website and its content, forms, and related website features.
By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
2. Business use and authority

A contact-form submission, email, telephone conversation, proposal request, or preliminary discussion does not create a customer relationship or obligate either party to proceed. A relationship begins only under an executed agreement or other written confirmation authorized by Pave VoIP.
4. Separate service agreements
Any purchased or provisioned service is governed by the applicable order form, service agreement, interconnection agreement, pricing schedule, statement of work, and incorporated policies (collectively, a “Service Agreement”). A Service Agreement may include additional provisions addressing rates, deposits, billing, taxes, term, renewal, technical requirements, traffic profiles, support, suspension, termination, confidentiality, privacy, and liability.
Order of control. If these website Terms conflict with a Service Agreement, the Service Agreement controls for the services and parties it covers. These Terms continue to govern use of the public website.
Nothing on the website modifies an executed Service Agreement unless the change is made in the manner required by that agreement.
5. Acceptable use
You must use the website and any related Pave VoIP resources lawfully and responsibly. You may not interfere with website operation, attempt unauthorized access, misrepresent your identity or authority, introduce malicious code, collect data through unauthorized means, or use the website to facilitate fraud or harm.
The Acceptable Use Policy is incorporated into these Terms. Customers and authorized users are responsible for their users, systems, traffic, content, and downstream relationships to the extent stated in the applicable Service Agreement.
6. Communications with Pave VoIP
When you contact us, you agree that we may respond using the contact details you provide. You represent that submitted information is accurate, relevant to a legitimate inquiry, and provided lawfully.
Operational or relationship communications may be necessary to respond to a request or administer a business relationship. Where required, marketing communications will include a method to request that they stop. You may contact support@pavevoip.com about communication preferences.
7. Security and authorized access
If Pave VoIP issues credentials, portal access, technical identifiers, or configuration information under a Service Agreement, you must keep them confidential and use them only for authorized purposes. You must promptly report suspected compromise, unauthorized use, or a material security incident affecting Pave VoIP resources.
You may not probe, scan, test, circumvent, overload, reverse engineer, or disrupt website or network security except with Pave VoIP’s prior written authorization and within the approved scope.
8. Intellectual property
The website, logo, visual design, text, graphics, code, arrangement, and other materials are owned by Pave VoIP or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, Pave VoIP grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the website for legitimate business evaluation and communication.
You may not copy, modify, publish, sell, sublicense, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit website materials without prior written permission, except where applicable law expressly permits the activity. Pave VoIP names, marks, and branding may not be used in a way that implies endorsement or affiliation without authorization.
Feedback
If you voluntarily provide suggestions about the website or services, you grant Pave VoIP permission to use them without restriction or payment, provided we do not publicly identify you as the source without permission.
9. Third-party resources

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” PAVE VOIP DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES REGARDING THE WEBSITE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT.
Pave VoIP does not warrant that website content will meet your requirements or that descriptions reflect real-time service availability. You are responsible for evaluating whether information is appropriate for your intended use and for obtaining professional advice where necessary.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions, so part of this section may not apply to you.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PAVE VOIP AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY; OR COSTS OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE WEBSITE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PAVE VOIP’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE PUBLIC WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). Liability concerning contracted services is governed by the applicable Service Agreement.
These limitations apply regardless of legal theory and even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose. They do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
13. Your responsibility
You are responsible for losses, claims, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful website use, your material breach of these Terms, or information you submit without authority. This responsibility does not apply to the extent a loss was caused by Pave VoIP’s own unlawful conduct.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a claim concerning the website, each party should make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue through written notice and reasonable discussion.
Any proceeding concerning these website Terms must be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Los Angeles County, California, unless applicable law requires a different forum. Service Agreement disputes remain governed by the dispute provisions in the applicable agreement.
15. General terms and contact
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent; Pave VoIP may assign these Terms in connection with a business reorganization or transfer.
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued website use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will receive additional notice where required by law.
